sharp design for the great city of berlin. m.

Ghost Town by Andrea Koporova
crisp vibrant photographic work from the slovakia based artist. m.
Andrea Koporova is a self-thought photographer based in Austria, born in Slovakia. She started photography in 2011 and she developed a particular style focused on atmospheres, looking for the density into each place. By choosing particularly bold colors, minimalist shapes and simple compositions, she questions our society’s contradictions. Andrea Koporova won the first place in category “beauty” ND Awards 2014. Here, we present her series “Ghost Town”, a reflection about inhabited places. Here, wide sport-courts are turned into empty surreal spaces, far from their primary function : social life. An odd sensation emerges from this work. The viewer is taken between fear and dream.
